The goal: 100 consecutive healthy meals (exc. breakfasts to avoid too many boring photos of muesli!)
Healthy meals = as much whole food as possible, plenty of diversity (more nutirents, good for microbiome), not cutting out but cutting down on meat & fish. Cutting out added sugars & alcohol, replacing white pasta with wholemeal pasta (I’ve learned that brown rice vs white rice is not so necessary – do your own research but whilst brown rice has mor nutrients & fibre in the husk, it also contains something which prevents us absorbing these well, so in the end very little difference between white & brown rice – there is for pasta and bread though).
Note: If it looks like meat in the photos it might not be meat (could be a plant-based version).
